No, and on purpose: the plan is half or full board, with à la carte lunch and the evening free for the Boulevard circuit. If you want a wristband and everything included, there is Maceió Mar Resort, our neighbor in the complex.
At Canoas Restaurant: breakfast from 6:30 to 10 am, lunch from noon to 3 pm and dinner from 7 to 10 pm. Outside those hours, room service is available: set menu from noon to 10 pm and sandwiches 24h. The Canoas menu applies only to the restaurant; the pool bars have their own menu.
No: they are independent venues, and you pay directly at each one. That independence is what keeps a pizzeria, sushi and a burger joint inside the complex.
