Maceió Mar Resort's report on pay transparency and equal pay between women and men, published under Brazilian Federal Law No. 14,611/2023.
Maceió Mar Resort presents its Report on Pay Transparency and Equal Pay between Women and Men, for the second half of 2024.
This publication complies with Brazilian Federal Law No. 14,611 of July 3, 2023, which requires private companies with 100 or more employees to publish pay transparency and remuneration criteria reports every six months.
The Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) and the Ministry of Women will publish the general data for this 4th edition, based on the information provided by companies and on data from the Annual Social Information Report (RAIS), covering the period from July 2024 to June 2025.
It is important to note that the analysis was based on the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations) and not directly on the positions or roles used internally by companies.
The information was grouped by the Government according to the CBO Major Groups, which may cause generalizations or distortions in relation to each company's organizational structure.
Maceió Mar Resort reaffirms its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, ensuring that all employees are paid based on technical and objective criteria, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity or religion.
We will continue working with transparency and responsibility to promote a fair and equal workplace for everyone.
